🎨 Oil Painting Colour Wheel Workshop Ever looked at your paints and wondered: Which one is really blue-green? Or asked yourself, Which of these ten yellows is actually the primary yellow? This workshop will simplify colour selection by guiding you through creating your very own colour wheel. Using oil paints, we’ll: ✔️ Identify and place your paints onto the colour wheel. ✔️ Explore hue, value, and chroma in a hands-on way. ✔️ Mix complementary colours to see how they interact. ✔️ Learn how to reduce saturation and adjust value with the addition of titanium white. 💡 While we’ll be working with oils, the principles apply to all painting mediums — whether you paint in acrylics, watercolours, or gouache. Many pigments are consistent across mediums, so your personalised colour wheel will be a reference you can use again and again, no matter what you paint with. By the end, you’ll leave with a studio-ready colour wheel — a practical tool to bring clarity and confidence to your colour mixing. 🧑‍🎨 Who It’s For: All skill levels welcome—from beginners exploring oils for the first time to experienced artists looking to refine their palette and technique. 🎟️ Spaces are limited to just 8 participants – early booking is essential!
