Terms & Conditions
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances—such as illness or changes in personal commitments—can arise. However, to ensure the smooth running of our services, the following policies apply:
-
Payment: All confirmed bookings require full upfront payment at the time of booking via our online system.
-
Rescheduling: Classes may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling can be done online via your account.
-
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as we must cover costs associated with venue hire and other operational expenses.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us run smoothly.

Course Enrolment Policy:
Once a course has begun, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. This is due to costs being committed for the full course duration.
If you wish to cancel your place, you must do so at least 7 days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund.

We understand this may be disappointing, but this change has become necessary as it has become increasingly difficult to accommodate last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.

Please Note
Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Gift Card Policy:
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, if you cancel a class within the required notice period, the value of the booking will be returned to your gift card as credit, which can be used for future bookings.
Some of our classes are sold as block group bookings, which run on consecutive weeks from the start date. If you are unable to attend a session due to other commitments, that session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
For example:
-
The Mollington Oil Painting Courses are sold as blocks of 8 consecutive weekly sessions.
-
The Farndon Oil Painting Class, on the other hand, offers flexible drop-in sessions, allowing you to book week by week.
We ensure all customers are informed of the different class formats at the time of booking to help you choose what best suits your schedule.

Arrival
We ask all students to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start to get settled and prepare your palette for the oil painting class.

Clean Up
We provide all equipment necessary for safely cleaning brushes, palettes and tables before leaving the class. We ask all students to clean up 10 minutes before the end of the class to start this process. The tutor is always on hand to help and give advice for looking after your equipment.
